Welcome to Our Urban Farm
Sustainable urban micro-farming is happening right now in Bibb City. The MercyMed Farm serves the patients and the neighbors we love by providing seasonal fruits and vegetables that are affordable and accessible. We grow produce 12 months of the year, and anyone can purchase our harvest.
With the help of other farmer friends, our farmers market boasts other farmers where you can purchase eggs, meats, yogurt, cheese, jams, and granola. Visit Farmstand Friday!
We offer a Fruit & Vegetable Prescription (FVRx) program to qualifying patients; our farm fresh produce is prepared for them in bags weekly through the FVRx program to help better address their medical issues.
We want to invest in our patients lives in more than just their patient visits, and the farm is a way for us to do just that and to help make a healthier Columbus, in addition to a healthier patient population.
