Questions about the farm or our offerings? Stop by the farm to ask Farmer Keith, call 706-507-9209, or ask your provider.
With the help of other farmer friends, our farmers market boasts other farmers where you can purchase eggs, meats, yogurt, cheese, jams, and granola.
With our partnership with the Food Mill, we offer a Medically Tailored Meal and Fruit & Vegetable Rx (FVRx) program to qualifying patients; our farm fresh produce is prepared for them in meals through the Medically-Tailored Meal program or in bags weekly through the FVRx program to help better address their medical issues.
We want to invest in our patients lives in more than just their patient visits, and the farm is a way for us to do just that and to help make a healthier Columbus, in addition to a healthier patient population.
Knowing your farmer, is just as important as knowing your doctor. Food is medicine.
