The MercyMed Farm, run by Farmer Keith Sims, is an urban farm next to MercyMed, producing fresh produce every season that’s sold to patients and the Columbus community. Discounts available to patients, community members, and those with an EBT card. Learn more about the farm below. We grow produce 12 months of the year, and anyone can purchase our harvest (details below)

With the help of other farmer friends, our farmers market boasts other farmers where you can purchase eggs, meats, yogurt, cheese, jams, and granola.
With our partnership with the Food Mill, we offer a Medically Tailored Meal and Fruit & Vegetable Rx (FVRx) program to qualifying patients; our farm fresh produce is prepared for them in meals through the Medically-Tailored Meal program or in bags weekly through the FVRx program to help better address their medical issues.
We want to invest in our patients lives in more than just their patient visits, and the farm is a way for us to do just that and to help make a healthier Columbus, in addition to a healthier patient population.
